Estera Mrówka

Graduated from the Graphic Arts Department at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. In 2022 she defended her master’s degree in the drawing studio of prof. Joanna Kaiser-Plaskowska. In the same year she started working as an assistant in the Screen Printing and Fabric Dyeing Studio at the Faculty of Design at the Warsaw School of Economics. She mainly deals with drawing, illustration, painting and workshop graphics – especially silkscreen. Her drawings can be seen in urban spaces. She has had three solo exhibitions: 2022 – “everything is very uncertain and that’s what calms me down” at the Szaber Gallery, in and 2023 – “different cases happen” at the Monocity Gallery in Krakow, “enlightenment” at the City Showcase Gallery AdHOK. In addition, participation in collective exhibitions and festivals – TRISITY###5 Tri-City Screen Printing Festival, Paste Up Warsaw – Independent Poster Festival, LIBERTÉ, ÉGALITÉ, SERIGRAFITÉ! – Blossoming of Screen Printing Culture at BWA Zielona Góra, and others.
