Dominika Laster – reżyserka teatralna, pisarka, wykładowczyni teatrologii i performatyki University of New Mexico, doktorat z performatyki obroniła na New York University. Redaktorka działu książek w „TDR: The Drama Review” i współredaktorką European Stages. W latach 2013-2015 wykładowczyni i kierowniczka studiów teatrologicznych na Yale University. W latach 2011-2013 stypendystka Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow w interdyscyplinarnych studiach performatywnych na Yale University. Kuratorka Decolonial Gestures: A Symposium on Indigenous Performance (2016) i Performance in the Peripheries. Redaktorka antologii Loose Screws: Nine New Plays from Poland (2015). Publikuje m.in. w „Performance Research”, „Slavic and Eastern European Performance”, „New Theatre Quarterly” i „TDR”. Obecnie prowadzi badania związane z kulturą ekspresyjną jidysz w ramach stypendium Fulbrighta.
