Maja Polka (born May 14, 1997, in Łódź) is a versatile theater and dubbing actress, and a graduate of the Theater Academy in Warsaw with a degree in Musical Theater Acting. During her studies, she distinguished herself by winning top awards at prestigious competitions such as “Przygrywka” in Toruń and “Singing Mask” in St. Petersburg.
As part of her diploma performances, she appeared in “Prawiek i inne czasy” directed by Anna Sroka-Hryń and “Ludzie, miejsca i rzeczy” directed by Anna Wieczur. She was subsequently associated with the Contemporary Theater in Warsaw for two years, performing in productions like “A planety szaleją…” (dir. Anna Sroka-Hryń) and “Wachlarz” (dir. Maciej Englert). She also collaborated with the Jaracz Theater, appearing in “Kartoteka” directed by Rolf Alme.
Maja Polka is also developing her career in film and dubbing. She lent her voice to the character Viva in the animation “Trolls 3” and appeared in a cameo role in the series “Projekt UFO” directed by Kasper Bajon, which premiered in 2025.
Beyond acting, her passion is music—she plays the ukulele, writes her own songs and poems, and dreams of recording an album in the future. In her free time, she travels, paints, and creates jewelry. She is versatile in physical activities—horseback riding, climbing, practicing acrobatics, and classical singing. She is fluent in English and also speaks Italian, German, and Spanish.
