Małgorzata Haduch
Short bio
Polish dancer and choreographer, experienced teacher of avant-garde dance forms and contemporary choreography. Her artistic work broadens the field of activity in composition and improvisation. One of the most important performances is “oŚĆ!” a solo created especially for Marta Wiśniewska, known as Mandaryna – a clash of Marta’s commercial image with her inner desire for stage intimacy. The performances “Whisper in my Eye” and “Piel de la Danza” were realized in Mexico as part of the Mexican Government Scholarship of Excellence for Foreigners. Haduch has been involved with the Dutch and Polish free jazz scene for the last 15 years, she has collaborated with such great musicians as Ab Baars, Wilbert de Joode, Andy Moor (THe EX), Paulina Owczarek, Arvind Ganga, Rafał Mazur, Krakowska Improvising Orchestra and others. In 2013 she founded her own band Help Me To Crash, from which the most important artistic duo with Maria Mavridou and their joint performance “No Sugar No Candy” was born. Haduch realized also three original photographic exhibitions dedicated to The Ex. Scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, Winner of the Creative Scholarship of the City of Krakow in 2018
