Monika Koszyńska

Monika Koszyńska – Education Specialist at the USC Shoah Foundation since 2011; since 2013 he has also been working at the POLIN Museum, where she is responsible for programmes for teachers. Trained teacher, master’s degree in pedagogy from the University of Warsaw. A teacher of primary and civic education with 12 years of experience in schools. She co-founded a Jewish primary school in the Lauder-Morasha school complex in Warsaw, where she worked for 8 years. After that she managed educational projects in the field of historical and civic education and ensuring the quality of school work at the Centre for Civic Education. She has been working as a trainer for 25 years. For several years she worked in the Public Education Office of the Institute of National Remembrance. She is the author of numerous methodological publications and lesson plans in the field of modern history, Jewish history and tradition, anti-discrimination education and education for tolerance as well as oral history in school practise.
