Zuzanna Hertzberg

Zuzanna Hertzberg is a painter, author of installations and performative activities, as well as an archivist and educator. The artist is interested in memory, corporeality and issues related to broadly understood identity and geopolitics. In 2018, she received her PhD from the Faculty of Graphics of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (supervisor: Prof. Leon Tarasewicz). She completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Media Art under the artistic supervision of prof. Leon Tarasewicz and prof. Krzysztof Wodiczko. She is also a graduate of the Faculty of Graphics and Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. She participated in many exhibitions in Poland and abroad, as well as artistic residencies.
