Joanna Stryjewska

Short bio

Joanna Stryjewska says the following about herself: “I have been a tourist guide in Krakow since 2007 and I am always enthusiastic about showing the Market Square, Jewish Kazimierz and Schindler’s Factory. For many years I have been working in the winter months with groups of Italian youth on the Treni della Memoria project, which is entirely dedicated to the memory of the Holocaust. I run educational courses and artistic workshops in schools and museums, including Cricoteka. I am a qualified art historian and art therapist. Guided tours and Jewish culture are my greatest passions, and I pass on my knowledge of art in the way I know best: as a tour guide and educator.”
